POLYESTER GLASS MAT (GPO3)

Laminate composed of a glass mat reinforcement bonded with a self-extinguishing polyester resin.

Color: White. Thickness: 0.8 to 50 mm (others: on request). Format: On request.

GPO3 has high mechanical and dielectric characteristics. Its resistance to electric arc and tracking current is much higher than the values ​​required for the GPO3 grade of the NEMA standard. Can be cold cut into thin thicknesses. Very good flame behavior for a product without halogen charge. The smoke emissions do not present any particular toxicity: F1. Good fire resistance: M1.
The excellent “flame resistance/smoke toxicity” ratio has enabled GPO3 to be qualified by prescribers, major administrations and manufacturers with the most demanding safety requirements: for applications on rolling stock, in tunnels, etc.
