This grade has a good combination of rigidity, toughness, mechanical damping and wear resistance. CESTILENE HD 500 is a versatile material for general mechanics, chemical engineering and the electrical industry, but finds particular applications in the food industry (meat and fish processing).

CESTILENE HD 500 R (PE-HMW)
black / green
Molar mass (molecular weight) of approximately 500000 g/mol.
This grade is partly composed of recycled HD 500. CESTILENE HD 500 R is used for those applications where the slight loss of physical characteristics compared to virgin material is offset by the economic advantage.

CESTICOLOR HD 500 (PE-HMW)
green, red, yellow, royal blue, sky blue, salmon, orange and brown.

The CESTICOLOR HD 500 range offers a series of homogeneous, attractive and food-safe colours, particularly intended for leisure equipment and the food industry. The property profile of the CESTICOLOR HD 500 shades is practically identical to that of CESTILENE HD 500.
