1. Preparation and PlanningYou make an appointment with the PlastiService specialist in your region, explaining the function, geometry and environment of the part you want us to produce for you. We go to your warehouses with the appropriate measuring tools. Remember to plan your machine shutdowns and the availability of the operators concerned!
2. Execution of the Survey of OddsEnsure that the part to be measured is disassembled or, failing that, is accessible. Our Experts place the measuring instruments at predefined locations on the part and take precise measurements. This may involve measuring lengths, diameters, depths, angles and other specific features.
3. Data Recording As measurements are taken, the data is meticulously recorded, often in digital files or on paper forms. Do not hesitate to communicate to your PlastiService contact the different assembly clearances and any desired geometric, functional and dimensional modifications.
