Nylatron™ FST PA66 products are flame, smoke, and toxicity retardant materials that comply with JAR/FAR 25.853 and can withstand high temperatures up to 175°C. The first engineering plastic to meet this requirement, this polyamide grade was specifically designed for use in aircraft interiors. It is also frequently used as an alternative to metal parts, including brackets, sealing rings, slides, and duct joints.
